Angela’s 30+ years of experience, including Director of Marketing for a large continuing care retirement community and in various marketing positions businesses in Chester County, Pennsylvania, allowed her to recognize the need for organizations to have consistent assessment and feedback from real customers.
In 1996 Angela formed Market Viewpoint as a market research firm, offering legitimate mystery shopping services to measure and manage customer experiences. Since then, Market Viewpoint mystery shopping evaluations have provided data to support operational, financial and marketing decisions to over 125 companies in the United States, Canada and Japan.
In addition, Angela has created training and coaching programs focused on customer service, marketing, sales, human resource training, communications, and organizational development issues. She is involved in many professional business associations, locally and nationally.
Angela earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University with a concentration in Marketing and Management. She received her Master of Management degree from Penn State University.

Your Account Manager will work with you from day one to understand your company’s needs and guide you in the development of the survey instruments, tools and timelines that will best meet the goals of your mystery shopping or evaluation program.
This person will communicate regularly (daily, weekly or monthly, depending on your needs and preferences) with you to keep you informed and updated on your program. Account Managers also provide prompt feedback about any unusual situations our shoppers may have encountered when conducting a shop.
Your Account Manager will coordinate our team of schedulers and editors to ensure timely delivery of your reports. They will also develop the training materials and instructions necessary for the field evaluators to successfully complete their evaluations.
