How We Measure Your Customers’ Experiences

Step 1 – Getting to Know You
A consultation is scheduled (In person, by phone or SKYPE) with you and your team to understand your purpose for mystery shopping, surveying or auditing and how you will use the information. We discuss with your team which method of research will work best to achieve your goals.
Step 2 – Plan and Design
A customized program is created based specifically for your organization. You are not fit into a program that was designed for someone else. We understand that the data from any study is only effective if it provides you with the answers you are seeking. We work with your internal team to develop your survey instrument and any standards that may be necessary to ensure that a consistent approach is used by all our highly-trained field representatives. During the prelaunch phase of your program, we will also design your database and statistical reports to help you track and trend your progress over time. We firmly believe that form follows function.
Step 3 – Let’s Go! Your Customers’ Experiences
Market Viewpoint provides solid, unbiased, customer-perspective information that is intended to assist you in gaining the competitive advantage in the marketplace. Our database of professional mystery shoppers is expansive and covers the United States and Canada to provide the data you need to make the decisions which will ensure your company’s success. After your program is launched, your personal Market Viewpoint account manager keeps you informed during the review and evaluation process. Our account management team is not shy about asking questions if they have them. We work hard to keep the lines of communication open between our team and yours. Your satisfaction is our goal.
Step 4 – We Deliver Powerful Data
After each evaluation period, Market Viewpoint will provide you with the data you will need to make the changes in your organization that will help you enhance your customers’ experiences and increase overall customer retention. A personalized, secure site will be available to you and any designated members of your team to log on to view individual reports, summary reports and to track and trend your data. Our reporting software allows you to customize your views of your data yourself (or we can set it up for you!).

Our internal team of analysts can also prepare an Executive Summary detailing observations made during the study and offer recommendations for action steps.
