Angela V. Megasko, President, CEO

Angela Megasko has been a Pennsylvania based marketing professional for the past twenty-seven years. She formed the company, Market Viewpoint, to provide consulting services to organizations experiencing rapid growth and change. The primary focus of this consulting company is a professional mystery shopping service that performs evaluations for individual retailers and service organizations. 

Prior to the formation of Market Viewpoint, Angela served as the Director of Marketing for a large continuing care retirement community. She was also in the marketing department of a Chester County, Pennsylvania hospital, and has a number of years of experience in the computer field. 

In addition, she has developed programs and consulted on customer service, marketing, sales, personnel training, communications, and organizational development issues. She is involved in many professional business associations based both locally and nationally.

Angela earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University with a concentration in Marketing and Management. She received her Master of Management degree from Penn State University. 

Angela serves as a volunteer of the American Cancer Society, and is also involved with that organization on a regional level. She is also active with the Women's Business Mentoring Council, The National Association of Women Business Owners, and the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.

Rita Sage Schreiner,
Training and Human Resource Division Manager

Rita Sage Schreiner is Market Viewpoint’s Training and Human Resource Division Manager. Rita provides employee training and development, manages customer service training seminars, and is involved in management of organizational development issues.

Before joining Market Viewpoint, Rita worked in the human resources area in the manufacturing and publishing fields. She has earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Safety from Temple University. She is a member of SHRM and holds their certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Rita’s is an active volunteer for the United Way on various committees and chair positions. She also volunteers with the International Festival Committee sponsored by the Lansdale Public Library.
