If you have ever rented an apartment or bought a home, you are a perfect candidate for these shops. If you enjoy making observations about people and places –  and providing objective feedback – this one is for you!

Our client has asked us to find independent mystery shoppers to mystery shop apartment shop communities located in and around Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery counties, and parts of New Jersey.

We know you may not live in the Philadelphia area, but perhaps you know someone who does. If so, please share! This is a great opportunity for teachers who are off for the summer or college students looking for extra income.

What You Would Do on the Shop

 

• Call the community assigned to set up a tour. There is no target agent to reach. You can schedule an appointment with any representative.
• Shops may be done any day the leasing or maintenance office is open starting at least 30 minutes after they are open and must be completed at least 30 minutes before they close. Many properties are open on the weekend or have late hours one or two days during the week.
• Tour the property, observing the specific points that are in your guidelines and on your reporting survey.
• We also ask that you report on follow up received after your tour.
• Submit your report.

You’ll be paid in the following month! The fee for the shop is $40. All details, and guidelines are provided when you are assigned.

Are You A Former Property Manager, Maintenance Manager or Engineer?

We also have maintenance audits available to be done for properties in this geographic area as well. These are revealed audits where you would make an appointment to review the property with the maintenance manager. These shops pay $30 each. Details and guidelines are provided when you are assigned.

You are eligible to do any of these assignments as long as you or a family member has never worked at the property, shopped the property before for Market Viewpoint, or for any other mystery shopping company.

We encourage our shoppers and auditors to create a ‘route’ of shops to do to maximize your time and travel – and to make more money!

Our project is time sensitive, so if you can respond – or share – immediately, that would be appreciated.

There are also other projects available in the Philadelphia area, Pittsburgh, Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee and other areas across the country. (Including some great dining shops!)
