My post today focuses on feeling free – specifically for businesses having freedom to create a training environment for its employees.
The month of July is all about freedom for me. Maybe it’s because we start out the month with the Independence Day celebration here in America, which is all about celebrating our freedom as a nation.
As I think about business and how we exercise our freedom in the commerce environment, I think about the fact that organizations are free to educate their employees – or not. I applaud those that do.
Training and education set us free. They arm us with the knowledge to make good decisions – ones that contribute to a better bottom line.
Businesses that invest in training know that they are creating an environment where all are free to learn and grow.
Businesses that bring in outside resources to conduct educational programs know that they are keeping the creativity and new ideas freely flowing into the organization.
