A couple of weeks back I emailed to tell you that my coaching schedule is opening up starting in April. I wanted to send this reminder so you wouldn’t miss out on an opportunity to be part of Coaching to Success at a discounted price! The discount is gone after March 31!
Thinking we can be successful in business, or in life, by ourselves is a false truth.
We all need others to help us get to the next level of being. At work, at home, and socially. And we need to help others, too!
“One of the greatest values of mentors is the ability to see ahead what others cannot see and to help them navigate a course to their destination.” — John C. Maxwell
Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, and Eric Schmidt, among others, all had a great coach in Bill Campbell. Oprah Winfrey gives great respect to Maya Angelou for being her mentor. Even Mother Theresa had a confidant and mentor!
Being mentored or coached is not a sign of weakness. It is an acknowledgment that you want to achieve another level of success, but need assistance in direction, focus, and staying motivated.
A good coach helps you to:
- See a clear path forward.
- Relieve the overwhelm by showing you how to deal with day to day tasks.
- Provide personal accountability.
- Help you to develop new skills
- Get you out of a rut and keep you moving forward.
Professional coaches listen deeply, acknowledge where you are without judgment, ask powerful questions, respond intuitively, and provide observations and feedback.
Let me share my personal philosophy on coaching.
I can’t remember a time in my career when I wasn’t being mentored or coached. I had mentors while I was in the corporate sector. New coaches as I prepared to start my mystery shopping business. And a wonderful mentor at my side as the business grew and developed.
As an entrepreneur, I led my market research company, Market Viewpoint, through recessions, staffing changes, and the usual trials and tribulations that face all small businesses. I’ve weathered the storms, have a stronger company, and a more flexible outlook on as a result.
Having a coach to guide me is the one, very powerful, strategy that helped me achieve success.
Which is why I wanted to become a coach, too! I want to help others achieve their success too!
My work as a coach has taken me into the confidences of corporate presidents, senior-level managers, and budding entrepreneurs who have that unbridled excitement at the launch of their new businesses. I’ve worked with corporate teams and executive women’s groups to help them all crystallize their ideas and put solid plans of action into place.
When I coach, I work with you to uncover and define your core values. You know, those absolute truths you believe about life. Together we connect these values to the true voice you’ll need to put these to work in your business, career, and life.
My coaching clients have learned when all your actions come from your center, you begin to operate with authenticity. You live and work almost as easily as you breathe. That effortlessness is appealing to so many, as I hope it is to you.
Whether it is group coaching, corporate coaching, executive coaching, or one-on-one coaching, my goal is to help you:
- Define values
- Identify strengths and development needs
- Broaden thinking
- Increase effectiveness
- Set you on the path to unstoppable success
- Achieve challenging goals
In April, 2018, I will be opening my schedule to new coaching clients – individuals, company teams, or executive mastermind groups. And I would be an honor to be called your coach!
Don’t get caught believing nothing will be different for you or that you can’t reach the next level of success. You can with someone who cares by your side.
